We’re so glad you’re here

Unfurl is a chill, low-demand therapy space built to fit who you actually are. We bring warm, affirming support straight to your screen so you can show up exactly as you are with a psychologist who is wholeheartedly on your team.

Actually Affirming

No masking, no translating yourself, no pressure to change who you are. As a team of neurodivergent psychologists with lived experience, we understand your world. We respect your natural communication style, honour your sensory needs, and are dedicated to providing a safe, affirming space where you can just exist.

Human First

We bring the university degrees and training, but leave the cold, stiff clinical vibes at the door. Real progress only happens when you feel safe, comfortable, and respected. We show up as real, authentic people so you can feel safe doing the exact same.

On Your Terms

You are the expert in your own life. Our job is to work alongside you, support your personal goals, and back your self-advocacy. We move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for you, keeping you firmly in the driver's seat.

Meet the team

Behind Unfurl is a growing team of neurodivergent and neuroaffirming psychologists, each bringing their own approach, but all working from the same values: low-demand, human-first, and genuinely on your side.

How we work

Your First Session

A super chill first session where we get to know each other. You're welcome to wear your comfiest jammies and bring your pets, fidgets and snacks. We'll talk about what's happening in your world and how we can best be on your team.

What therapy is like with us

Therapy with us isn't stiff. It's warm, collaborative, and completely down-to-earth. We have helpful yaps about your life, your goals, and the way your brain works.

Your own journey

There is no single "right" way to do therapy. We never force homework, and we will monitor your progress and adjust our approach together, keeping you completely in the driver's seat of your own therapy journey.
