Support for ADHD that actually makes sense for your brain

Support that works with your brain, not against it.

If things feel overwhelming, hard to start, hard to finish, or just like everything takes more effort than it “should” , you’re not alone in that.

Unfurl is different.

We’re a neuroaffirming, low demand space.

You don’t have to come in with everything explained or figured out

There is no pressure to “perform”, mask, or show up in a certain way

No homework and a pace that actually works for you

Your experiences are taken seriously, even if you don’t have a diagnosis

Who are we for?

This space might be right for you if you’re:

  • Feeling constantly overwhelmed or mentally overloaded

  • Struggling with focus, organisation, or motivation

  • Burning out from holding everything together on the outside

  • Wondering if ADHD might explain your experience

  • Recently diagnosed, or exploring what ADHD means for you

You don’t need a diagnosis to start — just curiosity about yourself.

What ADHD can feel like:

ADHD isn’t just “attention issues.” For many people it shows up as:

  • Starting a lot, finishing very little

  • Feeling behind even when you’re trying your best

  • Emotional intensity that comes on fast and strong

  • Forgetting things no matter how hard you try to remember

  • Exhaustion from masking or compensating

A lot of people describe it as “I know what I need to do… I just can’t get myself there.”

How we can help:

In therapy, we might work on things like:

  • Understanding how your attention and energy actually work

  • Finding gentler ways to manage day-to-day life

  • Reducing burnout and overwhelm

  • Emotional regulation and self-compassion

  • Making life feel more doable, not more rigid

  • Explore past experiences that contribute to how you're feeling right now.

There’s no pressure to “fix” you here-  we meet you where you're at and aim to reduce shame, introduce coping strategies and help you and those around you better understand your experiences.

Our Approach...

This is neuroaffirming therapy, which means we don’t see ADHD as something "wrong" with you.

We’ll work together in a way that’s flexible, practical, and kind — shaped around how you actually function, not how systems expect you to.

If this resonates,  reach out

We  can't wait to meet you!
