Gabby (she/her)
Psychologist & Director
Hi, I’m Gabby , an AuDHD psychologist and the founder of Unfurl Psychology.
I’m deeply passionate about supporting the neurodivergent community, especially those who’ve spent a long time feeling misunderstood, too much, or not enough. I started Unfurl not only to better accommodate my own neurotype (working from home with my dogs, in my jammies… hello!), but because I could clearly see a gap in the kind of support that actually works for neurodivergent people.
My goal is to offer therapy that is relational, low-demand, and genuinely judgement-free. No pressure to perform. No “fixing” who you are. Just a space where you can show up as yourself and take things at your own pace.
How Gabby Works & Who With
I’m EMDR trained and enjoy integrating parts work and schema concepts, but I believe the relationship in therapy is the core of meaningful change.
Your sessions are your sessions , they don’t need to follow a script or agenda. We’ll let things flow in the way that feels most supportive for you.
I love working with neurodivergent women and non-binary folk to explore identity, burnout, work stress, anxiety, sexuality, sex and relationships and overall coping.

But who is she outside of therapy?
Outside the therapy room, Gabby is often found upside down at her pole studio, a hobby she’s been happily hyperfocused on for five years. When she’s not there, she’s likely trying out another apparatus like lyra- less graceful, but always enthusiastic.
In summer, she heads to the beach in her Jimny with her dogs Dutch and Winston sticking their noses out the back window. And on quieter days, you’ll find her curled up on the couch with them, a bottle of Coke nearby, crocheting or getting lost in romantasy on her Kindle.
