Emily supports neurodivergent women and non binary folk. As someone with late-diagnosed ADHD, she understands both personally and professionally what it can feel like to be overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and helps you make sense of your experience without shame.

She is an ally to LGBTQIA+ and First Nations communities and welcomes you no matter your identity or background.

Sessions with Em are really  warm, relaxed, and super chatty! Emily works collaboratively, focusing on what matters most to you.
